Refund policy
Our Guarantee: We stand behind everything we sell. Our primary product comes with a 60-day risk-free guarantee — if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund, no questions asked. Guarantee periods may vary by product and promotion — the guarantee stated at the time of your purchase applies.
Returns: For all other products, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at support@solavivo.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved we'll provide instructions and a return shipping label.
Damages & Incorrect Items: Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@solavivo.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned:
- Opened personal care or supplement products (outside of our satisfaction guarantee period)
- Sale items or gift cards
- Hazardous materials
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@solavivo.com.
European Union Customers: If your order is shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided items are unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
