Wear it three ways:

Is this real human hair?

Yes. 100% virgin human hair, unprocessed. You can bleach it, dye it, flat iron it, and re-curl it. It responds to product like your own hair does.

Will the 4/27 highlight match my skin tone?

The 4/27 is a warm honey blonde over a medium brown base. It flatters most warm and neutral undertones from light caramel to deep espresso. If you tan easily or wear warm makeup, it will suit you.

Will it blend with my natural hair?

The Burmese curly texture blends most naturally with 3B, 3C, and looser 4A curl patterns. Leave a small section of your hairline out at the front, mist it with water, and finger-coil to match.

How long does it take to install?

Under 5 minutes once you've done it twice. Part your hair, position the wig, click the three combs in, tighten the adjustable strap, cinch the drawstring, blend your leave-out. Done.

Can I really wear it as a ponytail?

Yes. Push the crown section up and forward, gather your natural hair into a ponytail underneath, then pull the drawstring at the nape to cinch it into a high curly puff. It holds through a workout.

Will it damage my edges?

No. There's no glue, no adhesive, no tension on your hairline. The combs sit on the crown and back, and the elastic strap adjusts to your comfort. Wear it daily without breakage.

How long will it last?

6 to 12 months with normal wear and proper care. Co-wash every 2–3 weeks, condition deeply once a month, air dry on a wig stand, and sleep with a satin bonnet.

What length should I order?

16" sits at the shoulder. 20" hits mid-back. 24"–28" is waist length. Curly hair looks 3–4 inches shorter than straight hair of the same measurement, so size up if you want length.

180% or 250% density?

180% looks natural and everyday. 250% is fuller, camera-ready, "did she just leave the salon" density. If you have thick natural hair, go 250% so it doesn't look sparse against your leave-out.

Does it come with a smell?

Sometimes new units carry a faint factory smell from sanitizing and sealed shipping. One co-wash with sulfate-free shampoo and it's gone.

Can I dye it a different color?

Yes, though we'd recommend darkening rather than lifting. The 4/27 is already lifted, and re-bleaching virgin hair can dry it out. A rinse or semi-permanent works beautifully.

Will it fit my head?

The 22.5" average cap with drawstring and adjustable strap fits roughly 95% of head sizes. If you have a smaller head, cinch tighter. Larger, loosen the strap all the way.

For a return to be accepted, the wig must be:

• Unwashed and un-installed
• Ties still attached, hang tag intact
• Lace uncut, hair unstyled
• In original packaging

We can't accept returns on units that have been worn, washed, dyed, or cut. This protects every customer who orders after you.
